When will my order ship?
- Once your order has been placed, your items will ship in 2-5 business days. Quality is top priority for us, and we want to ensure you will receive your product exactly as purchased. Any completely customized items (meaning your design has been made from scratch) may take longer to process depending on the creative time needed to create the design and product!
What shipping options do you offer?
- We currently offer standard domestic shipping within the U.S. only. Once your items have been processed (2-5 business days), they will arrive in 3-5 business days via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer priority shipping on all mug orders, and they will arrive within 2-3 business days from ship date.
Where do you ship and what providers do you use?
- We currently ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) within the United States only.
Where can I find my tracking information?
- Once your item ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can follow as your items travel across America! It may take up to 2 business days for the tracking information to update in our shipping partner's system!
My items arrived damaged. What do I do?
- Send us an email with a picture of your broken goods upon arrival within 3 business days to email@example.com, and we will send a replacement the next business day!
I never received my order! Help!
- Oh no! If you have not received your order within 12 business days from the ship date, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of it for you!
I received the wrong items. What do I do?
- Whoopsie! Please send us an email to email@example.com within 3 business days, and we will replace your items with the correct ones within the next business day!

Do you accept returns?
- We will accept returns for refunds on non customized items only once the items has arrived back to us safely with no breakages. We cannot accept customized mugs. If you decide you no longer need a mug while it is in transit, simply refuse the package and have it sent back to us to avoid any shipping fees. This applies to non custom items only!
Can I made a change to my unshipped items?
- Yes! But you will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure we have time to make those changes. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Hey, I need to cancel my order. Can I do this?
- As long as we have not shipped your item, your item can be cancelled! If your item is non customized, refuse your package without opening it, send it back to us, and we will refund and cancel your order. For custom items, once your mug has been printed (typically 24-48 hours after purchase) you can no longer cancel that item. Please email email@example.com to request a cancellation.
- If you do not have complete love for your products upon arrival, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with any pictures and information to help us determine the best route for complete satisfaction!

We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Because we are a two person team, we are not always immediately available to answer your emails. We will respond to you within 24 hours to resolve any issues or to answer any questions you have! During the weekends, answer times may be delayed. Please send us an email to email@example.com.
